Money Bouquet Policy

At BasketGifts.ca we offer unique and creative money bouquets for all occasions.

For security purposes, any money bouquet containing more than $500 in cash must be paid in full upon ordering. The remaining balance and fees, if applicable, can be paid at the time of pick-up.

Basket Delivery Policies

Baskets we are unable to deliver:

If we attempt delivery and the basket is undeliverable due to the following reasons:

refused at the time of delivery
incorrect address was provided, or address has missing information (apartment number ... )
If recipient moved
if basket not safe to be left when nobody is home.

If this occurs, the basket will be returned back to us and the sender will be notified (by phone or email) provided at the time the order was placed.

For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery will be charged
If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, cost of the gift basket less the 15% (handling and processing fee) + delivery charges will be refunded ONLY to the purchaser.

If we are for any reason unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.
